Return and Refund Policy

At Meork Liquidators, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Because liquidation pallets are sold in bulk and often contain mixed or surplus inventory, we want to ensure our customers understand the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. General Policy

  • All Sales Final: Due to the nature of liquidation pallets, all sales are considered final. Pallets are sold “as-is” and may contain customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, or discontinued items.

  • No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if you change your mind, misjudge resale value, or decide you no longer want the pallet.

  • Transparency: Whenever possible, we provide manifests or product descriptions. However, contents may vary, and we cannot guarantee specific items or conditions beyond what is disclosed.

 

2. Exceptions to the Policy

We may consider refunds or returns under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Shipment: If you receive a pallet different from the one you ordered.

  • Damage in Transit: If your pallet arrives significantly damaged due to shipping issues. Proof of damage (photos and documentation) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Missing Pallet: If your order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

 

3. Return Process

If you believe your situation qualifies for a return or refund:

  2. Provide Documentation: Include your order number, photos of the pallet, and a description of the issue.

  3. Review Period: Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days.

  4. Approval/Denial: You will be notified of the outcome. Approved returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

 

4. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be offered if only part of the pallet is affected.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Pallets sold at clearance or “final sale” pricing.

  • Pallets with disclosed defects or “scratch and dent” conditions.

  • Items removed from pallets after delivery.

  • Delays caused by carriers outside our control.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Inspection: Inspect pallets upon delivery and report issues immediately.

  • Storage: Store pallets properly to avoid damage after delivery.

  • Resale Risk: Understand that resale value varies and is not guaranteed.
